You must be 18 or older to purchase decks, create a page, or use any Dealt service. By using Dealt you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for what you put on your page and how you use your cards. Don't impersonate anyone, don't post unlawful or harassing content, and don't use cards or pages to harass, stalk, or deceive. We may suspend or remove pages that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Decks are physical goods. Unopened decks may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Custom decks are made to order and non-refundable except for production defects, which we reprint at no charge.
QR codes route to pages via our service. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted routing. You may rotate or disable your codes at any time; disabled codes stop resolving.
You own what you post. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display your page to people who scan your cards. That's the whole purpose of the license and it ends when you delete your content.
Dealt facilitates introductions between adults; we don't vet users and aren't responsible for interactions that happen off the service. Use judgment, meet in public, and see our Safety page. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealt's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
