Privacy Policy

The short version

We sell card decks. We are not in the data business. We collect the minimum needed to make cards route to pages, to fulfill orders, and to know which designs people like. We don't sell personal information, ever.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and which page/card code brought you.
• Orders: name, shipping address, email; payment is handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) — we never see full card numbers.
• Profiles: only what you type — display name, photo, prompts, chosen contact method. All fields optional except age confirmation (18+).
• Scans: when a card QR is scanned we log the card code, timestamp, coarse region, and device type — to route the scan and count which designs work. We do not log precise GPS location.

What we do with it

• Route scans to the right page and let you rotate/disable your codes.
• Fulfill and support orders; send the one launch email you asked for.
• Aggregate, de-identified design analytics (e.g., "design A3 gets scanned most").

What we never do

• Sell or rent personal information.
• Publish your last name, precise location, or contact details you didn't choose to display.
• Run third-party ad trackers on profile pages.

Retention & deletion

Delete your page anytime from settings; associated codes go dark immediately and profile data is removed from production systems within 30 days. Waitlist removal: one click in any email, or write support@dealtdecks.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under state privacy laws such as the CCPA and Virginia's CDPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email support@dealtdecks.com and a human will handle it.

Age

Dealt is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; accounts found to belong to minors are deleted.
